Bhadrasana - the posture of the throne
Bhadrasana soothes the mind and amplifies the state of stability, of steadfastness, intensely dynamiting the Muladhara Chakra (the center of vitality). Due to this dynamization, following the practice of asana we will be able to notice an amplification of vitality.
