The fact that such documents are made public suggests that we are close to an “exit to the ramp” of aliens… or that the evidence is too numerous to continue the masquerade.
Contact with an alien civilization is, however, subject to a great degree of risk, since human history has shown that there has been no mercy for the lower communities technologically and militarily (for example, the colonization by Europeans of America through the butchering of the natives and the enslavement of the African population in slave communities by the Americans). In all those situations the aggressors were technologically superior to the aggressors, but morally rudimentary.
We are sure that not all races in the universe are the same and aliens could be conscious, wise beings who do not do anything for “a few extra dollars”.
Given that the existence of aliens is certain (through indirect evidence and official confirmations), we must be aware that they may be inferior or technologically superior to us, but they may be (especially) inferior or superior to us in terms of spiritual development.
In any situation, the solution for people is

and (LATER) technologically, all with a lot of prudence and wisdom.
Perhaps some readers wonder what the lag of humanity’s spiritual level (which includes morals, culture, intelligence, and common sense) could have with interacting with extraterrestrial races.
Well, people can be for the different alien races any:
friends, brothers, food, slaves, maneuver masses
and the only way to react effectively to these possibilities is what I mentioned above.
Because to be a Friend or Brother you have to have “level”. Otherwise you’re just a “pet”.
And if it is an inferior race at the universal level, with invasionist and opportunistic tendencies, then humanity’s reaction cannot be strong unless humans are truly prepared to face more difficult trials.
First the rulers and politicians and then every citizen.
About politicians… we know how I “stand” with morals.
So from here it’s hard to hope for the right attitude.
But the rest of us – we can straighten out what they fail to do.
In addition, if humanity did not succeed well in interacting with the “brothers” in the universe, then the situation would become difficult and all those prepared inside will resist.
It is also impossible that the different 3rd degree contacts have not been completed with different understandings about the technology and the possibility of interacting with the earth’s biosphere.
And the governors have proven that they do not excel in being particularly moral or fair. Perhaps some of the madness of these times also results from the impact on humanity of an alien race without much contingency processes.

AMERICAN DISCLOSURES
Finally, the FBI has unveiled thousands of documents to the world about the existence of aliens!
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has published a document online confirming that members of one of the alien races landed in Roswell, New Mexico, before 1950, on the website called the Vault in
The Vault
section.
In a memo sent to the FBI’s director in Washington in 1950 by special agent Guy Hottel – a memo that bears the title of “Flying Saucers,” Hottel reveals how an Air Force agent said that “three so-called flying saucers have been recovered in New Mexico.”
About UFOs said that they are : ” circular objects, with a bulging center, 50 feet in diameter (15.24 meters). In each of these there were three bodies with a human form, but measuring only 3 feet (n.r. 0.9144 meters). They were dressed in metallic clothes of a very delicate texture.”
The motivation for finding the three unidentified objects would be “because the Government has a high-power radar erected in that area, which is believed to affect the UFO control mechanism,” the FBI special agent wrote in the memo.
Thus the city of Roswell in New Mexico became famous after there were testimonies of the existence of a UFO that had collapsed in the desert, near a military base, on July 2, 1947. U.S. authorities allegedly recovered the bodies of the aliens and even performed their autopsy, but they would have covered up the case.

The military authorities who handled the case told the press that: “Rumors about flying discs became a reality yesterday, when an intelligence service officer managed to take possession of such a disc.”
After only 24 hours, the U.S. Army changed its official position and said that the “flying disk” was, a weather balloon that crashed in the area. At that time, the media and the population accepted this option, and eventually it came out of the attention of the public opinion, but towards the end of the ’70s, the military who dealt with the case began to speak.
However, a 1947 document, which is in The Vault section of the FBI’s website, appears to confirm this incident. It is said in this document that an object was recovered from Roswell, “supposedly flying disk” that it was “hexagonal in shape” and “suspended by a balloon, with no cable”.
BRITISH AUTHORITIES’ DOCUMENTS AND TESTIMONIES ABOUT UFOS
Although this evidence was kept secret by the Americans for so long, in England starting in the 50’s they began to be declassified, so 35 reports related to UFOs were revealed.
These documents include the accounts of both ordinary people and those of the military.
“A solid ship in the shape of a mentholated candy”, “a ring”, “a jellyfish” or “a silver titirez”.
Thus are described the UFOs that appeared in the sky of England during half a century even by those who had the courage to send such information to the authorities.
Along with the reports, there are also evidence such as photographs, drawings, articles from the newspapers of the time, but also the letters sent by the Ministry of Defense in response to the testimonies of the English.

In 2009 , the British Ministry of Defence (MoD) made public a “UFO file” from its archive, from 1981 to 1996, in which it is shown that the number of cases about the existence of UFOs increased after the release of sci-fi films, such as “Independence Day” and the television series “The X-Files”.
Among the most bizarre accounts of the nearly 800 “encounters” with aliens reported at the time is the testimony of two British boys who claimed to have spoken to a Martian, whose head was lemon-shaped and who appeared in front of them, coming from a field, on May 4, 1995.
The English authorities said that all these appearances and then the testimonies related to those events were carefully analyzed. In fact, for each one, a report was drawn up, all to establish whether hostile or unauthorized activities are taking place on the airspace of England.
The British government took the threat of UFOs so seriously in the 1950s that the heads of the intelligence services met then to discuss the issue.
The then Prime Minister of albion (archaic name of England), Winston Churchill, gave an order during the war requiring that information about UFOs be kept secret in order to prevent a general panic.
