It is NOT sports yoga.
It is traditional yoga.
Abheda Yoga is the Science of Consciousness, that is,
– a science on how to act actively
so that we are no matter how fulfilled or happy
and about how to help others
to succeed in this, when they want it.
A theoretical and practical system of
Knowledge, exploration and transformation
of conscience.
She studies
The structure and dynamics of human consciousness and the mind
and provides practical tools
of inner transformation,
in the direction that each person wants to follow.
We train people who acquire verifiable inner capacities:
integrity, authentic heroism, presence, discernment, nonviolence. self-control, love, intelligence, inner autonomy and the capacity of the Great Recognition.
Abheda offers:
‣ a direct path to a deep state of inner fulfillment, less and less dependent on external circumstances;
‣ the discovery and manifestation of still outdated possibilities of consciousness;
‣ developing inspiration and access to forms of intuitive and contemplative knowledge that are not reduced to discursive reason, but that can use reason as a tool for verification, understanding and expression;
‣ an ever-deepening discernment and lucid and wise critical thinking, some of the best antidotes against manipulation and mental conditioning;
‣ soul awakening and spiritual transformation;
‣ for those who believe, access to an authentic state of sacredness, of holiness;
‣ development of cognitive and emotional intelligence;
‣ amplifying creativity and artistic capacities, for those who pursue it;
‣ overcoming emotional and mental blockages and harmonizing the subconscious with conscious goals;
‣ for those who have a spiritual or religious orientation, developing devotional capacities and the power to love and receive love;
‣ cultivating human virtues and skills.
But for that you need
relatively constant practice and training, because
Abheda doesn’t just ask man to believe that he is evolving.
Practice must produce transformations
that can be observed
in one’s own being and in one’s own life
Abheda Yoga aims to cultivate many spiritual virtues and human skills,
of which 12 are considered fundamental:
1. Integrity – Ārjava / Akhaṇḍatā and Truth – Satya
2. Spiritual Aspiration and Confidence – Mumukṣutva / Śraddhā
3. Nonviolence – Ahiṃsā
4. Humility – Amānitva / Vinaya
5. Discernment – Viveka
6. Spiritual Heroism and Self-Sacrifice – Vīrabhāva / Abhyāsa / Tapas / Dhṛti
7. Discipline or Inner Mastery – Śama / Dama / Brahmacharya
8. Detachment – Vairāgya
9. Love and Giving – Prema / Bhakti / Karuṇā / Sevā
10. Conscious Presence – Sādbhāva Mudrā
11. Identification with the Essential Self and Stabilization in the Immortal Essential Self, the Atman
Progressive disidentification from body, emotions, mind, and ego as ultimate identity
and the lived recognition of the Self as the true center of being.
Pratyabhijñā, Prajñā, Svātantrya
12. Integration of the Transcendent and the Immanent – Parāparā Bhāva / Ādi Mudrā, in Abheda terminology
– to be both immanent and transcendent,
the third branch of Shiva’s trident,
spirituality in the midst of life, Parāparā Śakti.
It is the ability to consciously orient ourselves
thoughts, emotions, decisions and actions
in a coherent and focused way,
towards what we aim to achieve.
Inner discipline does not mean repression,
but increasing our freedom of choice.
Artificial intelligence is a gigantic challenge for humans.
For the first time in known history, he faces a car
who manifests certain lower psychic attributes of his
much better than him.
It has two possibilities:
becomes “thought” by artificial intelligence
or he “thinks” it.
How?
Developing, necessarily, the attributes of his consciousness
that artificial intelligence does not have
And never will have them,
assimilating it as something complementary to it,
not as a competitor.
By Abheda Yoga,
Artificial intelligence can become
an extraordinary tool of man.
Through training, Abheda Yoga aims to develop capacity
to use artificial intelligence lucidly, creatively and effectively,
without delegating to it what is essentially human:
discernment, creativity, responsibility,
freedom of choice and inner autonomy.
AI can expand human capabilities,
but it should NOT replace his discernment.
Abheda Yoga shows
How to act actively
to acquire qualities that perhaps natively
I never had them.
The Abheda Yoga Academy places special emphasis on:
– spirituality in the middle of life;
– cultivating the traditional perspective of yoga – Abheda is not sports yoga;
– the non-dualistic character of the practice;
– discovering a deep meaning of existence;
– wise integration of modern technologies, including artificial intelligence;
– obtaining real results through active practice;
– permanent feedback on your own transformation.
Simple information or dreaming
that God helps us anyway
It is, in our opinion, “fake gold”.
In Abheda it is not enough to believe that you are evolving.
The practice must produce observable feedback:
more lucidity,
more inner freedom,
stability,
discernment,
capacity for love,
efficiency,
Creativity
and autonomy.
Nonduality starts from the understanding that, in depth,
the individual being and the Ultimate Reality
They are not two completely separate realities.
The practice aims at the direct recognition of the fundamental nature of consciousness.
That is why the emphasis is not on acquiring power from the outside,
but on the discovery and updating of some possibilities
that exists fundamentally in one’s own being.
It’s not about becoming something we’re not yet,
but about discovering more deeply what we already are,
but which, for the time being, exists in us potentially.
In Abheda, spiritual practice is not only carried out
when we meditate with our eyes closed.
The results must also appear in everyday life.
Moreover, life itself becomes a field of practice.
Relationships, profession, family, love, difficulties, responsibility,
Success, failure and action can become means of transformation.
In this way, the practice can be amplified
Precisely because we live life with meaning, intensity and wisdom.
Through a deep understanding of one’s own being and that of the other
and by cultivating love, discernment, complementarity,
communication and inner freedom.
The couple relationship can become
not only a source of joy and fulfillment,
but also an extraordinary environment for self-knowledge and transformation.
We don’t ask you to accept Abheda
based on a statement
or just because someone says
that it is an authentic way.
You can research for yourself.
The initiator and main teacher of the Abheda Yoga Academy is Leo Radutz,
Author of several books on yoga and tantra, yoga practitioner for decades
and a teacher who has trained several generations of yoga practitioners and teachers.
There are also international trainings and certifications in the field of yoga.
But a certification, a biography, or a teacher’s reputation
cannot replace personal experience.
Finally, a path must be evaluated by:
– the coherence of teaching;
– the traditional sources on which it is based;
– the competence of teachers;
– their conduct;
– the freedom it offers to the students;
– and, above all, through the verifiable results of one’s own practice.
By lineage — in Sanskrit, guru-śiṣya-paramparā —
We understand the continuity of a spiritual tradition
from master to disciple and, further, to the following generations.
In its authentic form, a lineage is not just about passing on information.
It can involve direct teaching, initiation, practice, spiritual formation
and, when tradition requires it, the authorization of the disciple
to pass on the methods and teachings received.
The role of this continuity is to preserve, as far as possible,
the essence and purity of a path,
avoiding its deformation over generations.
In the case of the Abheda Yoga Academy there is, on the one hand,
a traditional continuity stemming from the formation of its founder
within the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta tradition,
associated with the teaching of Swami Sivananda
and continued by Swami Vishnudevananda.
Leo Radutz received within this tradition
training and certification for teaching yoga and Vedānta philosophy.
There are also international certifications and trainings
obtained in India in the field of yoga.
However, these constitute the traditional roots of Abheda,
not his entire identity.
Abheda Yoga, in the form in which it is taught today,
was constituted through a process of practice, research, selection and synthesis
methods derived in particular from:
– Vedānta;
– Trika – Nondualistic Kashmiri Śivaism;
– Vajrayāna;
– as well as other authentic traditions of yoga and spiritual transformation.
The emphasis of this synthesis is on what we call
“Spirituality in the middle of life”:
The possibility that spiritual transformation
not be separated from ordinary existence,
but to manifest and deepen
through relationships, work, love, responsibility, difficulties and action.
The founder of the Academy, Leo Radutz,
He did not present himself as an “accomplished spiritual master”
and do not ask students to accept such a statement.
However, he is, for us, our yoga master
Just as for a karate course there is a sensei.
Why? Thanks to his expertise in the field of yoga
that we need and
which he proves at the Yoga Academy, every day.
Its role was and is to
practitioner, researcher, teacher and initiator of his own spiritual synthesis,
built on traditional foundations.
Therefore, we can talk about two complementary aspects:
Abheda roots belong to older traditional lineages,
and Abheda, as a distinct formulation and organized path, constitutes a new lineage.
In this regard,
Abheda’s own lineage begins with Leo Radutz,
with the establishment of this path in 2008.
Leo Radutz often uses the phrase:
“We are dwarfs on the shoulders of giants.”
It expresses the fact that what we are achieving today
is possible thanks to the extraordinary experience
accumulated by the generations and traditions that preceded us.
At the same time, we believe that a living tradition
It’s not just about conservation.
With humility, discernment and responsibility,
Each generation can contribute to the
clarity, purity, adaptability, and value of the path
which he passes on.
The Sanskrit term Yogācārya can be roughly translated as
“teacher or guide in yoga”,
ācārya designating in the Indian tradition a teacher or a teacher.
In the case of Leo Radutz, this title is associated with
international training and certifications obtained
in yoga schools and organizations,
including the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta tradition
and trainings carried out in India.
A certification has a real but limited value.
It can attest that a person
has completed a certain training program
and met certain professional requirements.
But it cannot certify a man’s spiritual attainment.
On a spiritual path it matters much more:
– its actual practice;
– experience gained;
– the results obtained;
– integrity;
– the capacity to sacrifice and serve;
– discernment;
– clarity of teaching;
– and the transformative value of his work.
For this reason, in Abheda we do not consider the title of Yogacharya
a proof of a spiritual superiority.
It is, first of all,
a certification of a training
and a level of competence required for teaching yoga.
In a similar sense,
Abheda Yoga Academy can certify graduates
who have completed the necessary training
and who meet the conditions to teach.
The certificate confirms a training.
The person, the practice and what he transmits give the true value to that training.
Exactly.
But more intensely, wiser, more aware.
And with meaning.
Abheda Yoga does not imply isolation from life,
friends or the natural joys of existence.
We can keep going out, traveling,
to enjoy and live intensely.
It is only possible that, gradually,
Let’s start choosing more consciously
What It Really Gives Us
joy, freedom and meaning.
Abheda Yoga does not ask anyone to give up their religious faith.
There are practitioners who keep their religious faith
and for whom the practice of yoga
He also deepened the contemplative dimension of their lives.
For some people, this exploration can lead to
even to a deeper rediscovery
of their own spiritual tradition.
There are also Christian theological positions
that concern critical yoga.
We consider it natural for every man to investigate,
to use their discernment
and decide according to their own conscience.
An absolute warranty cannot be offered
through an advertisement, a diploma or a statement.
We do not ask you to accept the authenticity of Abheda
based on a statement.
You can evaluate it by:
– the coherence of teaching;
– its relation to traditional sources;
– the depth and efficiency of the methods;
– the competence and conduct of teachers;
– the testimonies of those who have practiced;
– and, first of all, by what you observe yourself when you practice.
In yoga, lucid personal experience is essential.
Not.
No one is asking you to change your lifestyle to get started.
However, it is possible that as you practice
and you become more aware of the effects of your own choices,
to want to modify certain things yourself,
to make it easier to get the results you’re tracking.
Authentic transformation is much more stable
when it arises from personal understanding and choice,
not out of coercion.
Not to start the course.
This is not the entry condition.
However, it is possible that, by practicing,
to observe more clearly the effects of certain habits
and want to give them up on your own.
For many people,
developing the strength of inner discipline
makes such changes easier to achieve.
Paradoxically, practice can help
precisely to a better use of time.
More clarity, energy, discipline and prioritization
can reduce wasted time
and can create more space
for what is really important to you.
No need to get started
by practicing for hours.
More important than quantity is regularity.
Not.
Abheda Yoga Academy is a traditional and nondualistic yoga school,
whose spiritual sources include in particular
Vedānta, Kashmiri Śivaism and Vajrayāna Buddhism,
along with other authentic traditions of spiritual transformation.
Participation is voluntary.
Learners can pause at any time.
They are not required:
– to break relationships with family or friends;
– to abandon their profession;
– to abandon their religious belief;
– to transfer assets to the organization;
– to give up their own judgment.
On the contrary, the following are cultivated:
discernment,
critical thinking,
integrity,
justice,
inner strength
and freedom of choice.
A teacher can be deeply respected
without being considered infallible.
Respect for a teacher does not imply giving up one’s own judgment.
Neither the teacher nor the organization should be located
above personal discernment,
ethical principles or the law.
Not.
Moreover, within Abheda are deliberately cultivated
Principles that reduce the possibility of manipulation:
– the freedom to ask any question;
– the right to disagree;
– the freedom to interrupt participation;
– respect for privacy;
– delimitation of teachers’ authority;
– financial transparency;
– cultivating discernment and critical thinking.
One of the objectives of the practice is to
It is precisely the development of Viveka – the discernment –
and inner discipline.
Inner discipline means
the power to orient our own being
to what we ourselves, lucidly, consider valuable.
These directions are, by their nature, opposed to manipulation.
