The Man Behind Abheda
I am Leonard Răduț, known in my public activity as Leo Radutz.
My initial profession is as an engineer and in this direction I founded the international brand and technologies for natural products VivaNatura.
The vast majority of my time is devoted to an aspiration that I have called the Good Man Revolution
to cultivate ways for people to become better.
For this we founded Abheda Yoga Academy where a nondualistic system of traditional yoga called “Abheda” is taught.

But… we don’t collect traditions;
We choose methods that serve a coherent architecture of transformation.
Practice before titles
I have practiced and known several spiritual systems:
Shivananda, Satyananda, Kriya, Dzogchen, Zen, Vipassana, Tantra, Christian hesychasm and philosophy.
Abheda is a system based on
Kashmiri Tantric Shaivism, Kaula, Trika, Shivananda,
Vajrayana Nondualistic Tantric Buddhism, and Christian Hesychasm.
! WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH MISA and there are some doctrinal, organizational aspects in which we have different opinions.
I practiced for several years at MISA, like many spiritual seekers in Romania at that time, without getting involved in the organization’s activity.
Later I chose an independent path and founded the Abheda Yoga Academy.

It is a profound nondualistic system that knows and applies the branch of human experiences called in yoga para-apara shakti (transcendence lived in the middle of life).

Rather, from the need we felt to bring together in a coherent,
simple and applicable system profound traditional methods that are usually
taught separately.
Ethics of the

and are not used as a method of initiation
or condition of spiritual evolution.
