Execution technique for Trikonasana – variant

The posture is polar, is performed with one arm raised and then to the other.

From the high position
we’ll spread our legs to the fullest,
we lean at 90 degrees,
and, with horizontal arms with palms face down,
we put a slap on the ground in front of us and raise a vertical arm.

The head is rotated to the maximum towards the raised arm,
eyes, though closed, are oriented to the raised arm, to the maximum.
