Did you know that the milk that is sold in boxes is reprocessed (up to 5 times!) if it is not sold before the expiration date?
The milk is sent to the factory and pasteurized again. When buying milk in boxes, look at the bottom of the box. If you want to buy unprocessed milk, do not buy milk that has the figure 2, 3, 4 or 5.
