Three days of kindness that changed a life

She was an old woman and she also goes to the doctor, with some pain.
The doctor sees her and says, regretfully:
“Grandma, you have about two months left and that’s it.” Go home to mata…

The old woman went home, angry.
The neighbor sees her and asks her:
“Why are you upset?!”
“I went to the doctor, he told me that I was very ill…” and that they don’t live long…
“You know what?” said the neighbor.
Go to that wise old man in the forest, over there, under the mountain…
(There was a hermit there, withdrawn.)
Go to him, because what he says, is fulfilled. He knows if you are cured or not…

The woman goes to the hermit.
“Wise Father, look…
And she told her trouble there.

The wise man said to him:
“Yes, you will be able to heal yourself.”
“Is it healing for me?!”
“It is, just if you want to!”
“And what should I do?” she asks.
“THREE DAYS OF KINDNESS!”
“What do you mean, wise man?!
“Three days you do ONLY GOOD.”
But not only to do, nor not to speak, nor to think badly.
May it be continuously GOOD.
If you’ve somehow thought something bad, you have to start over.
Three continuous days of KINDNESS and any disease is cured!

The old woman went home and began to think and say to herself:
“Well, that’s easy enough… three days go by quickly…

Of course, after just a few hours she remembered that I don’t know which neighbor once said a harsh word to her,
and immediately she thought badly too…

I have to start again and not think anything bad.

The old woman had a close neighbor,
who knew all the history and struggles of the woman.
In the meantime, the neighbor is going to visit her daughter, abroad.
He returned after a year.
And he sees the old woman standing in the yard, there, looking for the chickens.

And she says to him, surprised:
“Grandma, you made it!”
Did you last three days of kindness?!
“I didn’t make it, mother…”
Only up to two days,
but I’m still fighting…
and now I’m still fighting…
“But what about the disease?”
Have you healed?
“I don’t know if I’m cured,
But I know that my whole life has changed for the better.

Always striving to do only GOOD,
to speak only WELL,
to think only for GOOD,
she had forgotten about her illness…

“Well, man… And I fell into sin,

that he ended up doing only the Good of that time,
living and thinking only of the Good.

He prayed all the time
and had reached a state where his face
was shining and his whole life had changed.

He was like a living Light, wherever he went!
But, not because she was no longer interested in the disease,
but because the inner light purified her,
the disease faded
and, finally,
disappeared altogether.
