NASA’s warning: “Be prepared for a possible disaster!”
NASA yesterday sent a video warning to all its employees through the administrator of the North American Space Agency, General Charles F. Bolden.
It requires all employees to think about and prepare their families, whether they are on the east coast or the west coast of the United States, in the event that any disaster, natural disaster or one like the one on September 11, 2001 could happen.
The NASA boss tells them the following:
“Talk to your families and determine what you have to do in unforeseen cases. Have prepared an emergency kit. Establish a plan in the family: what we will do in case of a catastrophe, where we will all meet, we will communicate on the mobile phone. If you have people with special needs in your family, make special preparations, etc… The registration, which lasts two and a half minutes, ends with the exhortation: Above all, be prepared!”
This message is posted on nasa agency’s website and contains other detailed video guidance to protect the family and animals in emergency situations.
There are tips on providing food and water for 7 days, if it is a dangerous area it is necessary to inform about the transport packages if it does not possess the car, to stop the water and gas.
NASA motivates this that it’s actually a nationwide exercise because the agency is not ready for natural disasters.
