The Master-Disciple Relationship
In the Spiritual Path the relationship between the spiritual master and the disciple,
for it to be real
it must be biunivocal
(The spiritual master must accept the spiritual disciple/son or daughter
and the spiritual son/daughter must accept the spiritual Master).
If we are humiliated in public by criticism
by our spiritual Master
And we really accept this with a spirit of sacrifice
and we understand that it is a purifying shower for us,
We make a very big karmic leap.
It works…
… ONLY WITHIN THE MASTER-DISCIPLE RELATIONSHIP
AND BECAUSE THE STUDENT CONSCIOUSLY ACCEPTS THIS.
At any time the Master-Disciple relationship can stop
(either one or the other gives up this relationship).
If we have an inappropriate attitude toward Master,
if we enmity the Master in our souls,
or if we think badly of him,
we move away in our hearts from the universal archetype of the Master
and decreases the ability to receive Gazia,
to get help
and through that source we will no longer be able to receive Grace.
The Master-Disciple relationship is a conscious and accepted relationship,
something like this:
the student says
“Carve me, please, I gladly accept
and I really need you to sculpt me.”
In Japan, in front of the Emperor,
no one is allowed to sit down, except teachers,
regardless of what they teach.
The Master-Disciple relationship can be abused;
this has been possible for millennia;
whether the Master is false,
or that it started to fall
(as the bad side develops, the good part disappears)
whether it is imagined.
Example:
Saruman, Gandalf’s master in The Lord of the Rings,
insensibly and without shaking hands with explicit evil,
but only because of spiritual pride
and agreeing to break karmic rules,
He became on the side of evil even without realizing it.
Egoistically Using the Spiritual Powers of the Spiritual Master
he became a person with demonic qualities,
while Gandalf, his pupil, managed to overcome his condition
which he had obtained with his Master
and from “Gandalf the grey” became “Gandalf the white” (he was completely purified).
Or it may be that the Master is not fake
but let it be imagined
that is, for example, to believe that certain trifles are effective,
to believe that he is a realized mystic;
Thus, he believes in his imaginations very seriously.
Most so-called spiritual “masters” belong to this category.
It also takes good karma to meet an authentic spiritual Path,
and if we have encountered an authentic spiritual Path
and an authentic spiritual Master,
It is a great betrayal of our soul to leave that Path,
especially for reasons that, visibly,
For us there are reasons related to identification with the ego.
Because if they’re visible to us,
It means that we do the deed consciously.
Regarding Impulse and Master-Disciple Transmission
The transmission is much stronger if we are in the same room with the Master or in an announced proximity to the Master, than if we participate online;
It is also much harder or almost impossible
if we don’t have an incarnate master
and we relate to a master chosen by us
from the history of spiritual masters (e.g., “my master is Ramana Maharishi”)
The most important thing
that an incarnate spiritual Master offers us
it’s “NOT LIKE THAT!
THAT’S WRONG” .
Or, a Master who is not incarnated, cannot offer this,
he can’t say “not like that”!,
He is easily considered “perfect”
by the one who chose him, by the disciple.
As a rule, when you tell someone what is not right to do,
he does not accept such a spiritual Master who criticizes him.
The incarnated spiritual master is also according to our spiritual merit.
So, when we accept criticism from our spiritual Master,
I won another great spiritual gift.
Grace and Shaktipat are of little value without “like this”!
Man needs to relate to his guide;
then, it is possible for Divine Grace to flow for him,
through that guide, even
without him realizing it.
On the Spiritual Path they know each other
The Most Amazing Spiritual Ascents
and the most unbelievable falls and betrayals of spirituality
and in fact, betrayals of man himself;
Man betrays himself when he falls spiritually.
When a man accepts to be a liar, to be a coward, to be evil
and says that, from that moment on,
“He gave it for the good because he began to love himself.”
These are the consequences of so-called self-love:
betrayal, cowardice, malice.
