It’s not enough to think you’re evolving

The practice must produce transformations
that can be observed
in one’s own being and in one’s own life.

An authentic spiritual practice should, in our opinion, aim to form people with verifiable inner capacities:

integrity, authentic heroism, presence, discernment, nonviolence. self-control, love, intelligence, inner autonomy and the capacity of the Great Recognition.

Here are 11 highlights

– What to pay attention to when choosing a spiritual path, when we assume to evolve consciously, to have a meaningful life and to transform ourselves.

1. To be a direct path to a deep state of inner fulfillment, less and less dependent on external circumstances.

2. To help us discover and manifest still unactualized possibilities of consciousness and

3. to pursue the development of inspiration and access to forms of intuitive and contemplative knowledge that are not reduced to discursive reason, but that can use reason as a tool for verification, understanding and expression.

4. To be able to develop an ever deeper discernment and a lucid and wise critical thinking, some of the best antidotes against manipulation and mental conditioning;

5. Very important! To follow first the proposed methods: awakening the soul and spiritual transformation.

6. For those who believe, to offer access to an authentic state of sacredness, of holiness, but also

7. development of cognitive and emotional intelligence,

8. Amplifying creativity and artistic capacities, for those who pursue it.

9. To provide us with tools for overcoming emotional and mental blockages and harmonizing the subconscious with conscious goals.

10. And for those who have a spiritual or religious orientation, the development of devotional capacities and the power to love and receive love.

11. Cultivate human virtues and skills that cannot be replaced by AI.

What does “observable feedback” mean?

Abheda Yoga shows
how to act actively
to acquire qualities that, perhaps, natively,
we never had.

Simple information or dreaming
that God helps us anyway
It is, in our opinion, “fake gold”.

The practice must produce observable feedback and give us:
more lucidity,
more inner freedom,
stability,
discernment,
capacity for love,
efficiency,
creativity
and autonomy.

The results involve relatively constant practice and training,
and subsequently, checking in the real “test” place – LIFE.

And here we come to the “specialty” of Abheda – spirituality in the midst of life

In Abheda, spiritual practice is not only
carried out when we meditate with our eyes closed.

The results must also appear in everyday life.
Moreover, life itself becomes a field of practice.

Relationships, profession, family, love, difficulties, responsibility,
success, failure and action can become means of transformation.

In this way, the practice can be amplified
precisely because we live life with meaning, intensity and wisdom.

The effects of the practice will also be reflected in the couple relationship

By deep understanding of one’s own being and of the other
and by cultivating love, discernment, complementarity,
communication and inner freedom.

The couple relationship can become
not only a source of joy and fulfillment,
but also an extraordinary environment for self-knowledge and transformation.

And now, naturally, the thought arises: “How and why should I trust

in this Path of transformation?”

We are not asking you to accept Abheda
based on a statement
or just because someone says
it is an authentic path.

You can research for yourself.

The initiator and main teacher of the Abheda Yoga Academy is Leo Radutz,
author of several books on yoga and tantra, a yoga practitioner for decades
and a teacher who has trained several generations of yoga practitioners and teachers.

There are also international trainings and certifications in the field of yoga.

But a teacher’s certification, biography, or reputation
cannot replace personal experience.

Finally, a path must be evaluated by:

  • coherence of teaching;
  • the traditional sources on which it is based;
  • the competence of teachers;
  • their conduct;
  • the freedom it gives students;
  • and, above all, through the verifiable results of one’s own practice.
