I searched for a while…
First through books, clips from youtube then to sports classes – pilates, stretching. Then we arrived “by chance” at Abheda. Here I discovered that yoga that touched and opened my soul.
But I’ve tried other yoga classes, workshops… and recently I’ve also been to (what I call) sports yoga.
My opinion is that not “yoga” is the correct definition for that course… Why is that?
