11 natural remedies for acidity and heartburn
1. Sodium bicarbonate
It is a natural substance, of natural origin or identical, beneficial and with many authentic uses.
The problem is that it increases sodium levels (like taking a lot of table salt).
So, in case of increased or rebellious gastric acidity, at some point we must stop taking it.
How to take it?
We mix a small teaspoon or half a teaspoon in a glass of 100-200 ml with water and drink the mixture.
2. Potato
Potato in the form of juice – 1-3 raw potatoes, without peel, any color (red or yellow), peel
– place in the blender or juicer.
– or they are given on the small grater and then squeezed by hand into a glass
– or – the simplest – bite off the potato, chew, suck the juice and spit out the cellulose.
It is recommended to consume immediately after obtaining the composition, on an empty stomach.
It heals gastritis or ulcers in about 3 weeks!
3. Lemon
Paradoxically, lemon has a beneficial effect in stomach acidity, protects the stomach during a meal and after.
4. Almonds
The fatty acid in the composition creates a protective layer on the internal walls of the stomach and contributes to the neutralization of excess acidity.
We consume a handful of almond kernels and we will feel the effects.
5. Bananas
They are alkaline, so good in acidity. To reduce stomach acidity it is very good to introduce bananas into the diet, consumed daily as much as possible.
6. Honey
Bee honey is very good, it diminishes the intensity of pain caused by acidity.
It is taken only one teaspoon before the main meals of the day.
7. Chamomile tea
After each main meal we can consume a cup of chamomile tea, because it has calming effects. We can take up to 2-3 cups a day.
8. Marigolds
Marigold also soothes the burning sensation and colic. A simple infusion is made from just a teaspoon of the mixture and a cup of lukewarm water.
It is consumed, for the desired effects, 2-3 cups a day, between meals.
9. Acacia flowers
Acacia has a neutralizing effect. Only flowers are used, not the stem.
An infusion is made with a tablespoon of acacia flowers and not very hot, just lukewarm water. Consume 2-3 cups per day.
10. Basil tea
Like the one above, it is consumed regularly and the treatment is not interrupted; Take 30 gr of basil with lukewarm water, not hot and consume at the end of main meals.
11. Belts with vegetable juices have a precious alkalizing effect of the whole organism.
