Is it possible to overcome oneself “gently”?

In my opinion, NO.

Self-improvement always means

to reach a limit of yourself that, for you, always,

It’s something serious.

Maybe it’s not for someone else, it can pass easily

or with a little effort beyond that limit,

because its limit is… above.

But for you that’s the limit level,

It is the level that, until now, you have never been able to surpass.

And you would like to surpass it.

How?

You apply the law of self-improvement:
“There is no limit to bearability,

because it is illusory

And we always discover

that the limit of bearability is self-indulgent”.

Of course, we can’t jump 10 meters high,

we can’t dive without a special suit to a depth of 100 meters,

But here it is a matter of enduring.

In the name of authenticity and goodness,

to overcome a limit, whatever it may be,

We can see that there is no limit to bearability.

What seemed unbearable we find is, in fact, possible to bear.

And overcoming a personal limit with something significant

is not harmonious.

Harmony is a desire, but it is a luxury,
a particular case that we sometimes get,
AFTER the crossing of a limit.

The real goal is

TRANSCENDING THE LIMIT.

When the transformation occurs,

She doesn’t come with flowers but with… Difficulties.

If you want to surpass yourself, you assume, endure and cross the line.

If you don’t want to, you pretend to yourself that you want to change and

you apply the law of the demagogue Cațavencu:

“Out of two, let me:

or revise, they receive!

But let nothing change;

or not to revise, they receive!

But then let it change here and there,

namely in the points… essential”
