Anahata Chakra – the center of affectivity in the middle of the chest
In the subtle structure of the human being there are 7 energetic zones, 7 complex fundamental systems that include all possible human experiences. These subtle organs are known as chakras ( centers of force or foci of power).
7 chakras or main centers of force are described.
Anahata, the center of love…
and altruism. Being c
he of the fourth energy focus of force, anahata
controls
the manifestation or projection of feelings and emotions (
attraction/revulsion).
Anahata – a lotus with 12 petals, having the following characteristics:
Localization: in the middle of the chest, projecting into the subtle plane in the area of the cardiac plexus / heart area.
Specific states:
- peace and it inner ibertate
- compassion, empathy
- Affectivity
- peace of mind
- Selflessness
- unconditional love
- acceptance
- Dedication
- Harmony
The specific harmonious way of behaving at Anahata’s level is to manifest ourselves full of love and goodwill towards others.
The being who has strongly developed this center is spontaneously loved by almost anyone, even by animals.
The Anahata chakra is directly connected by a special channel to the Sahasrara chakra, the spiritual center of the being.
