Before I was a real coward

When I was in high school, at the age of 18, a desire to know the unknown began to appear in me, so I started looking… Over the years, I have attended courses of: Reiki Inforenergetics Gnosis (1 year) ATIH (designed by Drunvalo Melchizedek) PSY-IT courses held by Albert Ignatenko I practiced hermetism at first by myself (from the book Initiation in Hermetism) and then I was a student (via online) at a school that teaches this. All these courses had their diamonds, bigger or smaller, I learned from each one and they helped me grow… but they all pale in comparison to the things that Abheda Yoga has offered me and offers me.

From black and bitter coffee to green tea…

My name is Andreea and I talk about some of the transformations that have taken place (and have) taken place in my being since I was practicing Abheda Yoga. I decided to write because I believe that any man would benefit from results if he came and practiced this form of yoga – so I do my part to inform how it was with me. I started coming here in the fall of 2014, when I was in a pretty bad depressive state.

How do we recognize people who practice ABHEDA Yoga?

People who practice yoga are balanced, harmonious, bright people who have come to know themselves and who are at peace with their own lives. Yoga gives those who practice it a great dose of wisdom, depth and last but not least happiness. Yogis have managed to considerably diminish their own ego, some even transcending it. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the common denominator of these people is happiness. So, how do we recognize those who practice YOGA? 1

Ashtanga yoga refers to any form of yoga. These are rather stages in transcending inner limitations and achieving the state of full freedom, consciousness and happiness (samadhi).

How the soul opens like an enchanted lotus – spiritual testimonials

I kept wondering what was happening to me, hence this state of nostalgia that overwhelmed me in the last days, I was scared, and I like Andreea, that I lost the way, that I can no longer find solace … and whirling tears swirled from the source of the unbridled soul… I meditated, I realized, I suffered, and I meditated again, and I suffered again…

“Love the Supreme Being in your heart and do all things for His sake” – spiritual testimonies

I want to share with you an experience lived this week that helped me relate more easily to God in my heart… and I hope it will help you too. I think some of you have already gone through situations that seemed hopeless, moments when you have the impression that you are doing everything for nothing and you feel helpless, as if God no longer wants to “look” at least.

Meditation “What I’ve done with my life” and “What I’ll do with it from now on”

The meditation “What I have done with my life” has, in fact, two parts: “What I have done with my life” and “What I will do with my life”. It is achieved, as much as possible, in a state as high as possible, after a stage of reporting to the Supreme Self Atman, or of centering in the Heart, seeking to maintain ourselves mainly at the level of the causal plane or, at least, supramental.

The Great Divine Power of Time, Authenticity and Transformation – KALI

The great divine power is one of the facets of the Eternal Feminine, of the Supreme Shakti or Mahashakti which – manifests at the same time transcendence and immanence (that is why it is often presented as a counterpart of Shiva and therefore it is represented with the black face); – she is the Great Goddess of time and inner transformation, being adored especially by those yogis who want a rapid spiritual evolution; -it is a form of real freedom, which appears due to spiritual knowledge and inner realization, due to the authentic detachment that occurs when we experience this miraculously combined state of transcendence and immanence (it is with the beautiful and exceptionally vital and attractive body but uncovered by clothes and completely and directly exposed) and due to the control of the infamous tendencies of the ego; -although it has the appearance unmediated by any veil of a nude woman very sensual and attractive, she is terrible for the impure one and, especially, for the malicious one, who tries to “fool” the divine order and exceptionally gentle, supportive and regenerating for the one who, although limited, sincerely aspires to overcome himself; – she manifests a pure, very direct femininity and her adoration is preferred by authentic tantrics, willing to go through correctly and quickly their spiritual path “narrow as the edge of a razor”. The goddess is often represented as dancing on the body of Shiva, this being nothing but the obvious illustration of the truth “Shiva without Shakti is Shava”. Any humanistic interpretation like – “Kali is triumphant over Shiva” shows, in our opinion, nothing but ignorance, because there is no opposition between Shiva and His counterpart but a perfect harmony.

The Eternal Masculine – Mahadev or the Supreme God

Shiva is a word that seems to belong to indian culture, but what it represents is something Universal, exceptionally necessary now in any culture and especially in the West, in the era of maximum spiritual decay in which we live and of significant alleviation of the manifestation of the Eternal Masculine in people’s lives.
